Breaking: Rival general manager spotted at TD Garden tonight.

A very quick update for you tonight.

According to a report from Fluto Shinzawa of the Boston Globe, general manager Doug Armstrong of the St. Louis Blues is on hand tonight at TD Garden arena to watch the Boston Bruins take on the San Jose Sharks.

Shinzawa did not specify if Armstrong was there on a mission to scout the Sharks or the Bruins, but it seems reasonable to assume that he is there to watch Boston and not San Jose. 

First Armstrong made the trip to Boston and not San Jose, and perhaps more importantly the Bruins have been one of the teams consistently linked to a potential trade involving Blues defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk.
