Breaking: Sens' Wideman's injury just got WAY worse

Chris Wideman seriously angered the hockey gods recently.

After curiously being switched from a defenseman to a forward, the Ottawa Senators player suffered a brutal injury against the Pittsburgh Penguins that originally had him out for multiple weeks. 

Today, that diagnosis got so much worse.

He may very well miss the majority of the season.

Here's the incident in question.

Wideman has a respectable 8 points in 16 games this season. He was on track for about 40 points on the year, easily on pace to smash his previous record of 17 points last season.
