Breaking: Shocking report reveals criminal acts against 3 female NHL insiders.

Amanda Stein (TSN), Jessica Rusnak (CBC) and Chantal Machabée (RDS) all spoke against the treatment they received from men on the International woman’s day. They revealed shocking details regarding some criminal acts they underwent due to their job. Here are some statements coming from them trying to denounce these criminal acts in LaPresse.

Chantal Machabée: “Multiple time, I received pictures of men’s genitals in my inbox." 

Amanda Stein: "I received plenty of times degrading sexual propositions with pictures.”

Chantal Machabée: "I received three distinct death threats. One crazy man even showed up at the front desk of RDS with a knife to kill me."

No need to say that these behaviors are totally unacceptable. Women should benefit from equal treatments in and out of their profession. Statements like these showed us that there’s a plenty of room for improvement. Hats off to these women who spoke to the media with the intention to increase publics’ awareness on these not so often discussed topics.
