Breaking: Stars recall former first round pick

The Dallas Stars have recalled forward Jason Dickinson from the Texas Stars (AHL), the team announced on Sunday. Dickinson played four games in the NHL this season, without registering a points.


Drafted 29th overall by the Stars in 2013, the Georgetown, Ontario native has produced 14 points in 20 games played in the AHL. In 15 games played in the NHL, he scored three goals.

At the AHL level, the 6'2", 205 pounds forward registered 101 points in 160 games played (regular season and playoffs included).

The Stars will be playing their next game on Monday against the New York Rangers.
