Breaking: Struggling Wild make a drastic change in goal.

The Minnesota Wild have been having their share of struggles down the stretch and now they have made a drastic change to their roster.

Mike Russo of the star Tribune is reporting that the Wild have called up goaltender Alex Stalock, and although he has yet to play even a single game for the Wild, it sounds like he will be getting a start.

There has not been an official announcement from the team, but according to Russo Stalock will start when the Wild face off against the Ottawa Senators on Thursday, and Darcy Kuemper, the team's regular backup goaltender, will be made a healthy scratch.

Star goaltender Devan Dubnyk has struggled in March and there seems to be a belief that this moved is designed to get him some additional rest before the playoffs.
