Jonathan Toews will miss today's afternoon matchup against the Anaheim Ducks, reports Eric Lear of Blackhawks TV.
While it's unclear just how long the team's captain will be sidelined, it appears that the injury Toews sustained earlier this week will not require him to be placed on the injured reserve.
