Breaking: The NHL has announced another huge outdoor game!

We have an early report of another big outdoor game on the National Hockey League calendar for 2017.

A report from Jason Brough of NBC sports is now claiming that the Ottawa Senators will host the Montreal Canadiens on December 17th of 2017 and that game will be held at the home of the Ottawa RedBlacks, TD Place.

There were rumors of a game on Parliament Hill in Ottawa throughout the year, but those talks eventually fell through and there was concern that the idea of an outdoor game in the city would be put on the back-burner but things seem to have made a drastic turn.

NBC sports appears to be the only outlet reporting this at this time, but with their close ties to the NHL as a broadcast partner, we expect that this information is entirely accurate.
