Breaking: The Penguins about to make another important move?

Jim Rutherford and the Pittsburgh Penguins had a pretty busy day today, as they traded forward Scott Wilson and a third-round pick to the Detroit Red Wings. In return, they got Riley Sheahan and a fifth-rounder. But it looks like Pittsburgh's general manager might not be satisfied yet with his lineup.

With Antti Niemi's awful performance tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning, journalist Dan Kingerski believes Rutherford may be interested in getting another backup goaltender. Here's what he said, after a Twitter user asked him if the Pens should make a move:


He believes this is very possible, even though he added that "the best backup goaltenders I know are in the metro division, so they're off limits to Pens (Grubauer, Greiss/Gibson)." He goes as far as suggesting a name:



We'll have to wait and see. But this will surely get even more exciting real soon.
