We reported earlier this morning that Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury may have suffered a serious injury.
Sportsnet's Chris Johnston mentioned Saturday night that the franchise goalie may in fact have a concussion, after getting hit hard on the head by Anthony Mantha of the Detroit Red Wings.
We await confirmation for the injury - we'll have the update as soon as it's out. But all signs point to it, and this would not be Fleury's first.
UPDATE: Concussion confirmed for Fleury.
This is awful news for Vegas. It especially doesn't help that 30-goal scorer Jonathan Marchessault will also be out for an undetermined amount of time.
