BREAKING: Two KEY players back in the Pens lineup tonight?

As the Pittsburgh Penguins took to the ice for their morning skate in advance of tonight’s game 1 matchup against the Ottawa Senators, there were some expected and unexpected absences.

Defenseman Trevor Daley played big parts in the Penguins Stanley Cup championship last season, so suffice it to say that some eyebrows were raised when he missed practice this morning. The news comes as the Penguins fans who have already had to endure through injuries to the team’s top defenseman Kris Letang and starting star player Sidney Crosby. Letang has been ruled out for a playoff return. With these critical pieces missing from their lineup, the Penguins will need to rely on solid depth players if they’re going to make a second consecutive Stanley cup run

However, Carl Hagelin and Derrick Pouliot were skating with the big bluc this morning. They could both be available for tonight's game.
