A speedy forward is always useful, but in a series against top seeded Capitals, it becomes a necessity. Carl Hagelin has been away from the ice for a while now and his absence is felt in the Pens lineup. However, coach Sullivan gave a very positive update tonight.
According to coach Sullivan, Hagelin is now considered day-to-day and may very well rejoin the Pens lineup as soon as tomorrow!
Although the Pens are playing beautifully at the moment, Hagelin brings a whole new dimension to the lineup.
