It is fair to say it's been a busy week for Chris DiDomenico.

The Ottawa Senators have re-claimed the 28-year-old forward off waivers from the Tampa Bay Lightning

The organization confirmed the news on its official Twitter account, earlier this afternoon:

DiDomenico recorded three goals and six points in 12 games with the Senators before being waived by Ottawa, and claimed by Tampa Bay, on Nov. 24. He didn't have the opportunity to suit up with his new team, as he was sent down to the American Hockey League. He recorded one goal in three games with the Syracuse Crunch.

The 28-year-old center was selected in the sixth round of the 2007 NHL draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs, but never actually played a single game with them. He played in the NHL for the first time in the 2016-17 season.
