New team but not the expected result

Ottawa Senators Gm Pierre Dorion might regret the day he traded a 17th overall pick in 2013 for a second-round selection in this spring’s terribly weak entry draft.

That is what happened yesterday when Dorion Traded his 22-year-old center to the Calgary Flames. However, even though Curtis Lazar was expecting a new beginning with the Flames, things turned out differently as he is likely to be out of the lineup tomorrow.

Lazar was not skating on any particular line this morning and it looks like he won’t crack the lineup tomorrow. The Flames won their past 5 games. If it’s not broken, you don’t fix it right?

Lazar played 176 games in the NHL. He scored 12 goals and registered 24 assists for a total of 36 points
