Breaking: Year by year breakdown of McDavid's contract bonuses leaked.

While Connor McDavid's contract has been officially announced for some time now, we still did not have the full details of his new deal with the Edmonton Oilers.

Earlier this weak it was reported that a whopping $86 million of his $100 million dollar deal would be paid out in signing bonuses distributed over the 8 years of his contract, and now we know exactly how those numbers break down.

For the first two years of his contract McDavid will earn a whopping $13 million in signing bonuses alone, that will be followed by a drop to $12 million in the third year of the deal, but it once again goes back to $13 million for year four. The next two years will see McDavid earn $11 million and $10 million in signing bonuses and that number drops to $7 million in signing bonuses over each of the last two years of his contract.
