The Vancouver Canucks have reportedly avoided arbitration with forward Reid Boucher, and have agreed to the terms of a one-year, $687,500 deal with the 23-year-old, according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.
Boucher played 39 games last season, with the New Jersey Devils, the Nashville Predators the Canucks, in which he recorded six goals and four assists for 10 points. He also dressed up for five games in the AHL, with the Milwaukee Admirals. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2011 NHL draft by New Jersey.
