The Bruins are on the road again tonight as they face the Avalanche in Colorado. Both teams are unbeaten so far this season and will want to keep their streak going.

In a strange turn of events, Tuukka Rask was helped off the ice by his teammates after making a key save in the Bruins' victory yesterday against the Las Vegas Golden Knights. Much to the relief of his team mates and his fans alike, Rask and the Bruins said that there is no injury concern for Boston's main netminder after the incident. Nevertheless, veteran Jaroslav Halak will be the starting goaltender this evening, who are playing a second game in as many days.

Brad Marchand is already putting his name on the score sheet at his usual pace with 3 goals and four points in the first three games of the season. That means that he has scored almost half of his team's goals so far. Bruce Cassidy will hope that Marchand inspires his team mates and that the Bruins' other offensive threats can start finding the back of the net at a similar rate.

Here is how the Boston Bruins should lineup in Colorado according to NHL.com correspondent Rick Sadowski:

Forwards:

Brad Marchand - Patrice Bergeron - David Pastrnak

Jake DeBrusk - David Krejci - Karson Kuhlman

Dante Heinen - Charlie Coyle - David Backes

Joakim Nordstrom - Sean Kuraly - Chris Wagner

Defensemen:

Zdeno Chara - Charlie McAvoy

Torey Krug - Brandon Carlo

Matt Grzelcyk - Connor Clifton

Goaltenders:

Jaroslav Halak

Tuukka Rask

Steven Kampfer, Par Lindholm and Brett Ritchie complete the Bruins' 23-man roster as healthy scratches.

The Avalanche will once more lineup with one of the most intimidating first forward lines in the league with Gabriel Landeskog, Nathan MacKinnon and Mikko Rantanen. The Bruins have a great defensive record so far this season, having allowed only four goals against in three games on the road. Boston's defense will need to show up again tonight if they wish to deal with Colorado's firepower. Let's also hope that Jaroslav Halak will be up to the task in his first start of the season.
