This just in courtesy of Boston Bruins insider Amalie Benjamin, the Bruins have lost rookie forward Zach Senyshyn for a minimum of four weeks with a lower body injury.

In a corresponding move, the Bruins have called up fellow rookie Trent Frederic from he AHL’s Providence Bruins.

Check it out:

The 22 year old Senyshyn has two points in just four games for the Bruins this season and an additional two goals and three points in 12 games for Providence.

Senyshyn has struggled to make an impact at the pro level since being selected 15th overall by the Bruins in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. That draft, of course, is the infamous draft in which the Bruins selected Jakub Zboril, Jake DeBrusk and Senyshyn in succession.

As for Frederic, the 21 year old is also a former 1st round pick of the Bruins being selected 29th overall in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. He’s gone pointless in 15 NHL games and has just five assists in 15 AHL games this season but… well the kid can chuck ‘em.

Here’s the full broadcast clip of the scrap, complete with commentary:

Nothing quite like a good, old fashioned scrap. Frederic has absolute cinder blocks for hands and manages to connect with his final right, sending Labate to the ice in a heap.

You love to see it.
