Bruins shake up lines, scratch rookie Studnicka
Coach Cassidy fires up his roster blender once again.

The Boston Bruins were back at in practice today in advance of their second Round Robin Series game, this time against the division rival Tampa Bay Lightning. The Bruins, of course, lost game one of their “postseason” against the Philadelphia Flyers by a score of 4-1 on Sunday afternoon.
Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy was evidently not happy with his team’s lineup on Sunday as he has completely shuffled things for today’s practice in Toronto.
Check it out:
Marchand – Bergeron – Pastrnak
Ritchie – Krejci – Kuhlman/Kase
Bjork – Coyle – DeBrusk
Nordstrom – Kuraly/Lindholm – Wagner
Chara – McAvoy
Krug – Carlo
Grzelcyk – Lauzon
Moore – Clifton
Rask
Halak
Honestly, aside from Rask coming in for Halak now that he’s been cleared to play I don’t think many Bruins fans expected these kind of changes. Rookie Jason Studnicka who looked pretty good in Sunday’s game has been scratched entirely. The top line of Marchand - Bergeron - Pastrnak remains unchanged as it should, but almost everything else has been tossed in a blender, as has been Cassidy’s strategy all season.
Thoughts, Bruins fans?
