Calvert with the disgusting cross-checking sequence.

Tonight's game between the Penguins and the Blue Jackets was intense to say the least. It was hard fought and both teams had a lot to prove. However, the Pens prevailed and the series is now 2-0 for the Crosby's crew. 

However, one particularly nasty sequence was the highlight of the game when Matt Calvert literally assaulted Tom Kuhnhackl. 

That kind of cross-check is fairly frequent but the puck was not even close from being close to Kuhnhackl. It was a clear frustration/revenge move. 

Some commentators call for a suspension, but so far the Player Safety Department is not involved.
