Cameras catch another inexcusable cheap shot from Brad Marchand.

There's no disputing the fact that Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand is a truly gifted professional athlete but unfortunately the same can be said of his reputation as one of the National Hockey League's dirtier players.

On Monday night Marchand once again showed off the ugly side to his game when his Boston Bruins squared off against hated rivals the Montreal Canadiens. Marchand delivered what can only be called a clearly intentional slew foot to Montreal's Alexei Emelin in front of the Montreal net.

While you could certainly argue that Marchand is playing his role as an agitator to perfection by not only delivering the slew foot, but getting away with it, there's also the risk to the health of Emelin that has to be considered when analyzing such a play.

No word yet on whether or not the NHL will review the incident.
