Claude Julien sets a Bruins franchise record!

In a bit of a crazy game that saw the Bruins give up a 3 goal lead and then win it in overtime. Boston coach Claude Julien earned his 388th win with the Bruins and in doing so passed Art Ross as the franchise's most winningest coach. Not bad for someone who we thought would be fired many times last season.

Perseverance pays off and Julien now has the Bruins just 1 point back of Tampa Bay for top spot in the Atlantic division and they face off against each other tonight!

It was Julien's 689th game behind the Bruins bench as head coach. In his 9 seasons with the B's, he is 388-215-86. He won the Cup with the Bruins during the 10-11 season and lost to the Blackhawks in the Stanley Cup finals against the Blackhawks during the 12-13 season. Claude has never had a losing record in a season with the Bruins. He only missed they playoffs last season even though the Bruins were 41-27-14.

Congrats Claude! Hopefully we can see you win another Cup with the Bruins in the near future!
