It appears that another National Hockey League team that had playoff expectations, and missed the postseason, is gearing up to terminate their current head coach.

According to multiple reports, Boston Bruins' head coach Claude Julien will not be available when his players are made available to the media today, and furthermore there will not be a joint press conference with general manager Don Sweeney and Julien, something of a tradition at the end of the season.

It's certainly not a good sign for Julien who has been rumored to be on his way out for weeks now, so much so that he has already been mentioned as a potential candidate for jobs in both Ottawa and Montreal as of late. Top Bruins insider Joe Haggerty of CSNNE also echoed his belief that this is “not a good sign for Claude,” and if Haggerty is making that statement it's definitely bad.
