In case you missed it, the Toronto Maple Leafs added yet another epic collapse to their post-season resume, dropping a 4-3 overtime decision to the Columbus Blue Jackets after earlier in the game holding a three goal lead. The Leafs were up 3-0 midway through the game when the team just had massive collapse, allowing Jackets sniper Pierre-Luc Dubois and defenseman Seth Jones to score three goals between them in quick succession. Dubois would go on to score his hat trick goal in the overtime frame to claim victory and a 2-1 series lead over the Leafs.

Check it out:

"[Texier] made a nice play, didn't pass it right away, didn't chip it right away, just kept the puck, was patient with it and passed a nice little saucer up the middle of the ice to get me free on the breakaway," said Dubois, whose hat trick is the first in Blue Jackets playoff history. "That was a [heck] of a play by him."

The kicker though is that these two teams will have to shake everything off in short order as they face off again tonight for Game 4. The underdog Boue Jackets have a chance to eliminate the Leafs and head coach John Tortorella cannot wait.

"I want them to have a ball right now, that's why we play," Tortorella said. "It was a really good game by both teams. It's too bad fans weren't in the building. I want them to enjoy themselves right now in the proper way. I trust them. They'll be ready to go tomorrow."

Meanwhile, Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe isn't so sure that it was "a really good game by both teams." In fact, he thinks his team was garbage.

"Well, I feel like the game just got away from us right from the start," Keefe said. "I didn't like our game in the first period, didn't like our game at 1-0, didn't like our game at 2-0, 3-0. We just got what we deserved today. I thought we reverted back to a lot of really bad habits. We didn't have any real purpose or plan to our game today, we were just making it up as we go along. So we get what we deserve."

The Leafs have just a short morning to erase the memories of yesterday evening and a chance to play for their season tonight.
