The New York Rangers are considered a contending team for this year playoffs. However, they've been plagued with injuries and things have become worrisome. Coach Alain Vigneault had some good news after today's practice though.

Henrik Lunqvist has pulled a hip muscle and is expected to heal within two to three weeks. The injury is not that bad, as he played through it for Thursday's lost against the Hurricanes. Magnus Hellberg has been recalled from the minors on an emergency basis and Antti Raanta will carry the team meanwhile.

Rick Nash was listed as day-to-day with an ''Upper body injury'', but he skated today and looked fine. He will be playing on Sunday if all goes well.

Michael Grabner missed 6 games to heal a hip injury. Vigneault reported that Grabner ''looked as fine as he could be'' on the ice on Saturday and he will rejoin the team tomorrow.

With these two star forwards coming back in the lineup, chances the team will get some fresh air on the ice.
