Connor Bedard gets into it with Spencer Martin!
Neither player was happy with one another!

The Chicago Blackhawks recently welcomed back No. 1 overall draft selection Connor Bedard to the lineup after he had missed several weeks thanks to having suffered a broken jaw.
Not only did he score a goal (and had another one waived off), but he also traded jabs with Hurricanes goaltender Spencer Martin. Hurricanes defenseman shoved Bedard into Martin, who clearly did not appreciate it. Following the play, Martin skated over to Bedard and gave him a whack, only to have it promptly returned as officials tried to separate them.
This wasn't the first physical contact that Bedard had endured during the game, as he took a huge reverse hit from forward Sebastian Aho:
