Connor McDavid delivers a strong and powerful message to the fans!

Connor McDavid shows great leadership! 

Connor McDavid’s contract has been officially announced for some time now: $86 million of his $100 million dollar deal would be paid out in signing bonuses distributed over the 8 years of his contract, and now we know exactly how those numbers break down.

For the first two years of his contract McDavid will earn a whopping $13 million in signing bonuses alone, which will be followed by a drop to $12 million in the third year of the deal, but it once again goes back to $13 million for year four. The next two years will see McDavid earn $11 million and $10 million in signing bonuses and that number drops to $7 million in signing bonuses over each of the last two years of his contract. 

Even if that is a lot of money, Connor McDavid appears to stay humble about it. As a matter of fact, he delivered and strong and powerful message to the fans on twitter following the singing:
