Corey Perry kicked out of game for.. nothing?

You're never too cautious, apparently.

Entering game 6 in Edmonton, the Ducks had the chance to kick the Oilers out of the series and go on the Playoffs path one step further. It didn't go quite according to plans and the Oilers won the game 7-1 in a very one sided fight.

Of course, blood was pumping at the end of the game with frustration running hot on the Ducks bench. This brawl didn't happen out of luck, to say the least.

With 3 minutes left, referees took an interesting decision by kicking out both Patrick Maroon and Corey Perry basically for nothing.

Sure, officials are on the ice to keep order and prevent catastrophes. However, this one was a bit surprising, as Perry didn't even respond to Maroon's provocations.

Game 7 will be held in Anaheim and all the NHL eyes will be this game for sure.
