Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks was able to score his first goal of the 2016-2017 NHL regular season versus the Philadelphia Flyers in last nights’ match-up at the United Center.

Kane scored his first goal four games into the regular season in an attempt to pick up the slack and even out the offensive power of the Blackhawks.

Rookies such as Nick Schmaltz, Ryan Hartman and Gustav Forsling have been outperforming some of the veteran players early on in the season, but last night Kane, Hossa and Anisimov all showed up for the 7-4 massacre versus the Flyers.

Although the Blackhawks won 7-4 they were initially up 4-0 but the Flyers were able to make a dangerous comeback.

Thankfully the Hawk's were able to put up another three goals before the end of the game, but a comeback like that should not happen and could have easily resulted in a loss for Chicago.
