Sidney Crosby is finding his old ways. In a 5-2 win over the New York Islanders, Crosby netted 2 power-goals, it was his 4th and 5th goal in 5 straight games. The 28 year-old has also scored 10 points in his last 7 games.
Penguins' Phil Kessel, Matt Cullen and Patric Hornqvist also scored and the Pens' chased Islanders goaltender Tomas Greiss in the second period. Evgeny Malkin and Kris Letang recorded 3 assists each and Marc-andre Fleury had a stellar performance with 38 saves, after missing the past few weeks with a concussion.
The Penguins will have a chance to string three wins in a row when they face the Chicago Blackhawks in a back-to-back series on Tuesday.
