The New York Rangers will give a chance to forward Bobby Farnham at their upcoming camp.

According to Larry Brooks of the New York Post, the 28-year-old forward will attend the Blue Shirts' camp on a professional try-out, hoping to clinch a spot on the roster.

Last July, Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin announced agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract with the free agent at the time. Farnham however recorded no points in three games with the Habs.

He spent most of the 2016-17 season with the St. John's IceCaps, where the 5-foot-10, 188-pound right-winger registered 11 goals and 28 points, and amassed 137 penalty minutes.
