The Pavel Datsyuk saga appears to be coming to a close.

According to a report from Helen St. James of the Detroit Free Press Datsyuk will meet with general manager Ken Holland on Friday evening following the second day of his summer camp. Datsyuk's agent confirmed to St. James that the meeting would take place.

"Pavel is going to meet with Ken, and we will have conversation," said agent Dan Milstein.

When St. James inquired about a potential decision from Datsyuk, Milstein responded with what amounts to a no comment.

"I don't have any information that I can share."

However there have been rumors for weeks now that Datsyuk will leave to Russia, and earlier this morning TSN's Aaron Ward reported that he expects the Red Wings and Datsyuk will announce his departure on Saturday.
