Here’s something you don’t see everyday at your typical ECHL games: a Michael Jackson tribute.

In last night’s 4-1 victory for the Kalamazoo Wings over the Kansas City Mavericks, defenseman Eric Kattelus scored the go-ahead goal, which ended up being the game winner, and celebrated in epic fashion with a near perfect rendition of The Moonwalk.

Wow… not bad. It may not be as smooth as the original, but it’s still the best goal celebration we’ve seen all season. Frankly, it’s the boost the Wings needed too. The legendary minor league franchise won just three games in the month of November, getting outscored 37-28 during the span. 

Here’s hoping Kattelus’ moves can spur them onto a little win streak.
