Disturbing new details of Jacob Trouba's trade demands could change everything.

The new details of the Jacob Trouba trade demands are going to make some fans very angry.

First, TSN insider Darren Dreger appeared to confirm part of Trouba's claim today, revealing that the Jets were still willing to offer Trouba six year contract that would pay him $5.5 million per season, but adding that Trouba was not interested.

However the second part of Dreger's report indicated that Trouba's claims about merely wanting to play on the right side are not entirely truthful, and in fact it sounds like Trouba wants a trade and wants to control where he is traded as well.

Dreger reports that multiple NHL GMs have informed him that Canadian teams have interest in Trouba, but that Trouba himself "doesn't see a fit in Canada," painting a very different picture of his trade demand.

We don't want to bash a player here, but this certainly is starting to look more like a case of a primadonna, rather than a player who feels he can't get a fair shot in his current situation.
