Ducks angry after Upshall hits their goalie behind the net.

Veteran forward Scottie Upshall tried to pass this off as an accident, but it didn't look like the Ducks were buying it.

On Friday night Upshall caught Anaheim Ducks goaltender John Gibson up high in the head with what was a very light hit, but a hit on a goalie is obviously taboo in the National Hockey League.

While Gibson initially went down after the contact it appeared he was far more angry than hurt because he bounced right back up and immediately got back in Upshall's face. We wouldn't be surprised to see the Ducks attempt to exact some form of vengeance on Upshall before the night is over.
