Dunkin Donuts accidentally trolls Blues fans, really, really badly.

Hockey fans in St. Louis are pissed, and they should be.

This would be a massive screw up at any time of the year, but considering it happened in the playoffs, and the circumstances surrounding the whole thing, one has to wonder is this a major screw up of epic proportions? Or a deliberate attempt to troll a fan base?

According to a report out of St. Louis from KMOV.com, local Dunkin Donuts shops began selling coffee out of specially marked cups for the first round of the National Hockey League playoffs, but there's just one problem, the cups featured the Blackhawks and the following slogan:

“Dunkin' Donuts: The official coffee of the Chicago Blackhawks.”

It turns out the cups were coming all from a single location, and according to an official statement it was a major shipping error that occurred at the worst possible time.

“Due to an untimely shipping error from the regional distribution center. Being a local business owner and fan of the hometown team, the franchisee plans to switch out the cups as soon as they receive a new shipment.”

One has to wonder how two cities that are 300 miles apart, with very different names, got their specialty cups mixed up at a "regional; distribution center," then again perhaps there was a Blackhawks' fan working on the inside.
