On Monday, the NHL announced the rosters for the upcoming All-Star game in St. Louis, however, there is still an order of business to take care of.

There are 31 players on the ballot in the 2020 NHL All-Star Last Men In presented by Adidas fan vote, and Detroit Red Wings forward Dylan Larkin could get an invitation to take part in the festivities.

However, the 23-year-old player wants none of it.

When asked about the possibility to get the most votes from the Atlantic division and therefore added to the All-Star Game rosters, Larkin begged fans not to vote for him.

“Please don’t vote. I like the days off more.”

Some fans have gotten upset with Larkin’s reaction to the Last Men voting, seeing that the Wings have struggled ever since the season kicked off and might enjoy seeing Larkin’s talents displayed properly on the ice. It feels like Detroit might have too many days off seeing the lack of wins on their season record...

However, Larkin wants none of it.

It is now your decision: may him pay and vote for him or allow him to rest and get better for the remainder of the 2019-20 season.
