Evander Kane and Ryan Reaves go after each other on Twitter

In case you missed it this past weekend, San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane had some choice words for Vegas Golden Knights forward Ryan Reaves online.

It all started off with a report that Reaves, who was officiating a wedding, dubbed himself as “(Evander) Kane’s worst nightmare.”

Not going to lie… that’s pretty funny. But, this is Reaves’ role, right? He plays the bad guy, he talks a big game and his backs it up with his play. Just ignore him and you take away his power, right? 

Well… surprise, surprise… Kane just couldn’t help himself from clapping back at Reaves.

You may recall that the two heavyweights squared off during Game 3 of the teams' first round playoff series this past spring. 

Fair to say that we've got the makings of an epic rivalry between the two Pacific Division squads.
