Expecting the hate to return

The Boston Bruins lent two of their top players to aid Team Canada in a World Cup victory.

Patrice Bergeron is one of the more respected players in the league. Brad Marchand, on the other hand, is not. People hate playing against him, but would they ever love to have him on their team. The little ball of hate can find a way to get under opponent’s skin, and throw them off their game.

However, during the World Cup, Canadians praised Marchand when he came up big, as both he and Bergeron led Canada to victory in the final minutes of the game.

Once the season begins, Brad Marchand is expecting the boos to return.
