The Vegas Golden Knights hosted the  San Jose Sharks last Thursday and many fans believed the game was extra special when a groom hoped to propose to his girlfriend on the big screen at T-Mobile Arena. Things were going well until a Sharks fan decided to walk in front of the two as the biggest moment of their life was going down, ruining the moment.

Well, as some of you might have already figured it out: it was all a scam. A scam to make Sharks fans look like terrible people.

On Tuesday, it was finally revealed by some reporters, including the Original Hockey Memes Instagram page that all three people including in the story were Golden Knight’s employees. The groom, the girlfriend-bride-to-be and the Sharks fans are reportedly all employed by the Knights.

Fans all over social media have been reacting to the viral video for the past week, and now have more to say about the Golden Knights and the three employees.

Vegas should learn that there is no need to bring down your opponent and their fans to win the game - and we hope they learned their lesson seeing that the Sharks would rally to win the game.

The post from the Original Hockey Memes Instagram page was liked more than 10,000 times so we believe a lot of people feel the same way…

How do you feel about the three employees and their tactic? Find it funny or they should get another job?
