Finally a good sign for the injured Carey Price this morning?

Perhaps the first positive sign for the injured MVP.

After it looked like Montreal Canadiens superstar Carey Price looked like he may have suffered a major setback this week, the reigning MVP showed some signs of progress on Friday.

After pulling up lame and clutching at his leg in pain earlier in the week, Price was back on the ice and working towards rehabilitation on Friday. Price stick-handled with his goaltending stick as well as his glove and blocker as he skated around the ice, focusing on giving both of his legs a good stretch before returning to familiar territory, his crease.

Price was able to move laterally in his crease without showing any signs of pain or discomfort, which is a big step for the Habs goalie, especially after the aforementioned pain he showed earlier this week. Here's a look at Price working out in the crease pain free.
