Elite top prospect signs entry-level deal

The Philadelphia Flyers have signed elite prospect Nolan Patrick to an entry level contract. 


Patrick, a second overall pick in the 2017 entry draft is projected to be an top-end centerman in the years to come. 

Captain of the Brandon Wheat Kings, the 18 years-old amassed 46 points in 33 games last season before suffering an injury that made his miss 39 games and the WHL playoffs. In 2015-16, as a 17 year-old, Patrick scored 41 goals and collected 102 points in 72 games. 

On June the 13th, Patrick had abdominal surgery, he was scheduled to resume full activity in 4-6 weeks from that date. Therefore, is expected to begin skating in the next week.
