Sounds like there could be a rematch!

A lot of things happened last night during the 8-2 Detroit Red Wings victory over the Calgary Flames. The teams' line brawl went viral, and now players involved are reaction to the chaos on the ice.

A major player in the boat was Calgary's Travis Hamonic, who decided to call out his opponent Detroit's Anthony Mantha after the line brawl. During the mayhem,  Mantha fell on top of him and kept pounding away at Hamonic.

"He's a good, young player, but he's a young player and he'll learn that there's a code in those sort of things," Hamonic said to TSN. "He'll be on the other side of it one day and realize that's probably not the way you act."

Hamonic, who was given a fighting major and two game misconducts during the incident, is hinting at a potential rematch, maybe hoping to be the one teaching Mantha a lesson. However, the young Wings star player was way too excited about his Gordie Howe hat trick to care.

As for Flames' Matthew Tkachuk, who was also involved in the brawl, he went on to criticize Luke Wisniewski, who jumped back on the ice after getting kicked out and could face a mandatory suspension.

"Wisniewski, or whatever his name is, was just an absolute wrecking ball trying to start stuff, starting a complete circus with how many minutes left?" said Tkachuk. "It's a joke that a guy like that would ... just do something pretty stupid that kind of started everything. And then (he) turns back and chirps our whole bench, didn't want to go anywhere, so I just went over there to give him a little poke and tell him just to get out of here.

"He was just looking for an excuse to come back. It's just stupid."

Too bad the two teams are not facing one another again this season...
