Fleury is selling his breathtaking Vegas house

This is not a sign that Marc-Andre Fleury is leaving the Vegas Golden Knights. As you all know the star goalie is extremely happy with his new team, and signed a three-year contract extension worth an average of $7 million per year this past summer.

The netminder is looking for a real estate upgrade as he has recently put his 5,285-square-foot house on the market.

Located in the Southern Highlands area of Las Vegas, the asking price is $2.5 million for the Fleury's house, which includes an open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, 4.75 bathrooms, a formal dining room, a den and an office. According to the listing per realtor John Lafalaise, the property also has completely private backyard that includes a pool, a fire pit with a seating area, a built-in BBQ, two verandas, a spa, and a casita.

Fleury remains the best player on the Golden Knights' roster this season, after a fabulous campaign last year. He is probably looking to give his family the best here too. 

Last season, he went 29-13-4 with four shutouts, a 2.24 goals against average and a .927 save percentage, and went 13-7 with four shutouts, a 2.24 goals against average and a .927 save percentage during the playoffs. He helped the Golden Knights to the Pacific Division title and an appearance in the 2018 Stanley Cup Final in their inaugural season.

So far this year, Fleury is 27-13-4 with six shutouts, along with a 2.50 goals against average and a .911 save percentage in 44 contests.
