Flyers forward goes down with an injury

Look at that, another injury.

This time it is the Flyers who seem to have lost a player for a while. Sean Couturier could barely put any weight on his left leg while leaving the ice.

He got tangled up with a Panthers player and went down in pain. He looked to have hyper extended his left leg. With that type of hyper extension, there are many different types of injuries possible and not many of them are good.

Couturier has started to grow into his role with the Flyers and is one of the leagues best penalty killers. If he is out for any extended amount of time, it will definitely hurt the Flyers. There has been no official word yet from the Flyers, we will have more details for you when they are made available.
