Flyers score 2 goals in 1:22 in third for win!

Steve Mason helped the Flyers stay within 1 goal and then the Flyers used some quick strike offense to go ahead for good in the third period.

The Flyers scored 2 goals in 1:22 with under 10 minutes to go in the game. Wayne Simmonds scored at 10:10 and then Mark Streit scored at 11:32. Both goals were on rebounds.

The Simmonds goal was on a counter attack as Simmonds and Voracek quickly broke out of their zone creating a 2 on 1 situation. Simmonds put a good shot on net and then tucked the rebound past Tuukka Rask.

The Streit goal was started by some great passing and then ended by Streit putting the puck in the back of the net on the rebound.

The win was the Flyers 4th straight.
