A former hockey enforcer is doing a good job of using the skills he once used on the ice to reach the pinnacle of combat sports.
On Saturday night notorious hockey fighter Steve Bosse, a player very familiar to hockey fans in Montreal, as well as fans of the LNAH, took a huge step in his combat psorts career when he won his first UFC fight with a devastating knock out.
Bosse told the media after the fight that he had prepared for a tough three round battle with his opponent James Te Huna, but Bosse needed less than a minute to put Te Huna to sleep in the center of the ring. It was a display of the frightening power that made Bosse one of the most feared enforcers in the minor league's during his time as a player.
