In today's league, everybody needs to play physical and stand his ground. However, skilled players tend to keep away from the rough-and-tough stuff and focus on scoring.
Pavel Datsyuk used to make amazing plays on Detroit's ice, but now he's playing in St-Petersburg for the SKA. We all know how skilled Pavel was back in the days but it seems he added a new dimension to his game.
BOOM. He received a game misconduct and was ejected with about 4 min 30 seconds remaining in the second.
Datsyuk is still a good offensive player, with 34 points in 44 games this year in the KHL. Now, other teams need to be careful about his shoulders too!
