Game day report : One important piece missing at practice this morning

The Chicago Blackhawks are in Winnipeg to play the Jets tonight at MTS center. Joel Quenneville's players hit up the ice earlier today for the morning skate and one valuable veteran was missing from the group.

Marian Hossa was not on the ice with his teammates this morning.

Desjardins was filling his spot as Marian Hossa took the morning skate off. More details to come but nothing serious is anticipated at this time. Here were the lines at practice this morning
