Gary Bettman hints at major announcement for Nashville!

If you've been paying attention at all during the Stanley Cup Playoffs, it's been impossible to miss the passion of the fans in Nashville.

It appears that the National Hockey League has also taken notice of this fact, because now after previously awarding the city an All-Star Game, there nay be another major NHL event coming to Nashville.

The league's commissioner confirmed during a radio interview that the NHL was currently contemplating the possibility of an outdoor game in Nashville according to a report from ESPN's Paul Kuharsky.

Bettman categorized the talks as "internal discussions" and, given that this is likely in the preliminary stages, he did not hint at a potential date for the future event.
