Gostisbehere does it once again in overtime!

Just when it looks like the amazing point streak for a rookie defenseman is going to end, the Flyers go to overtime and Shayne Gostisbehere does what he does best. He scores the game winner in overtime. The goal helped him extend his streak to 15 games.

3 on 3 lets Gostisbehere show just how fast he is. Last night when he saw Jakub Voracek had some space on the right and was rushing the puck up the ice, he turned on the afterburners and made it a 2 on 1. Ghost caught up all the way from his defensive zone and as we have seen so often, received a beauty backhand pass from Voracek and put it in the back of the net.

The Flyers picked up their 9th overtime win and Gostisbehere has 4 of them. It really has become his specialty. He uses he speed and skill so well to get open. When he does that, it is easy for players like Voracek and Claude Giroux to find him.
